- 3+ years of experience in IT GRC activities
- Understanding of SOX compliance requirements
- Knowledge of ERP control areas (Identity and Access Management, IT operations)
- Experience in drafting IT policies and procedures
- Ability to assist in risk assessment activities
- Strong analytical skills for deficiency management
- Experience in supporting compliance audits and monitoring regulatory adherence
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
