About the role

  • Drive accelerated sales growth by leading the OXI team in collaborating across application engineering, sales, and sales operations
  • Uncover process improvement opportunities and deploy marketing automation technology, AI, and scalable solutions
  • Act as a force multiplier for sales, driving growth through enablement of marketing automation
  • Design and deploy marketing automation-driven sales motions
  • Own and scale customer-facing online tools and calculators
  • Lead key sales enablement and governance initiatives for the OXI team
  • Partner with analytics and diagnostics teams to convert customer and asset data into differentiated commercial marketing programs
  • Build and scale automated approaches for quick-to-serve proposals and opportunity re-engagement
  • Define and deliver modern sales enablement through targeted education
  • Chair the Sales Advisory Council, fostering executive alignment

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
  • 12 or more years of professional experience in marketing, communications, or a related commercial role
  • Proven experience leading and developing teams, with responsibility for planning, managing, and optimizing budgets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and comfort with data to inform marketing decisions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and experience/knowledge with the capabilities and uses of technologies such as Marketo, Salesforce, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, etc.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the position is located.
