About the role

  • management of 2 field service teams in power plant controls support
  • managing a 5 person team of direct report resources for Remote Diagnostics Support
  • managing a 15 person team of dotted-line resources for Rapid Outage Response
  • own the resolution of contracted technical customer issues
  • resolve contracted Technical Issues at levels 1, 2, and 3
  • develop in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline
  • provide informal guidance to new team members

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 10 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s))
  • Minimum 5 Years Power Plant Field Services experience in Power Plant Control Systems
  • advanced experience in Services & Technical Support for Power Plant Control Systems
