About the role
- management of 2 field service teams in power plant controls support
- managing a 5 person team of direct report resources for Remote Diagnostics Support
- managing a 15 person team of dotted-line resources for Rapid Outage Response
- own the resolution of contracted technical customer issues
- resolve contracted Technical Issues at levels 1, 2, and 3
- develop in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline
- provide informal guidance to new team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 10 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s))
- Minimum 5 Years Power Plant Field Services experience in Power Plant Control Systems
- advanced experience in Services & Technical Support for Power Plant Control Systems
