About the role
- Serve as a liaison between internal/external organizations and assigned customers
- Develop and own site customer communication plan;
- Oversee Gas Power warranty and applicable commercial considerations
- Manage outage/non-outage parts planning and customer invoicing
- Act as the Customer Advocate within the GE Vernova organization
- Accountable for outage planning, organizing pre-outage, post-outage and milestone meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University or College (Vocational Degree or equivalent Military background and/or High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 7 years of Power Plant experience)
- Minimum of 5 years of knowledge and experience within the power plant field services and/or Energy Industry
- Advanced technical knowledge in Gas Turbine, planning and executing maintenance and upgrade outages
