- Customer facing staff responsible for winning business
- Impacts the team’s ability to achieve service, quality and timeliness of objectives
- Has independence in achieving commercial objectives within operating budgets and operating guidelines
- Selling to named account(s), addition of a new customer is typically rare and usually subject to review process
- Requires specialized knowledge across product lines, markets, sales processes, or customer groups
- Influences the development of strategy for their broad sales territory, including control of resources
- Recommend best practices to improve products, processes or services
- Influence others' opinions on particular topics
- May guide others to consider a different point of view
Requirements
- Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s))
- 10 Plus Years Related Experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
- Established project management skills
- BS Engineering - Mechanical or Electrical
