About the role

  • Lead the Construction & Commissioning (C&C) function globally.
  • Ensure Regions have the right skills, resources, processes and tools to execute projects (HVDC, FACTS, ACS, Services) safely, to quality, on time and within budget.
  • Define, deploy and continuously improve C&C reference processes and solutions.
  • Manage central C&C and COE teams and coordinate the network of regional Construction teams.
  • Drive the resource strategy (planning, recruitment, training, subcontracting).
  • Monitor overall C&C performance (Safety, Quality, OTD, costs, competitiveness) and allocate resources between Regions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in turnkey project management and/or construction, ideally in electrical networks / energy / renewables.
  • Proven experience in a matrixed international environment, with leadership by influence.
  • Strong strategic, organizational and planning skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, team orientation and networking ability.
  • Fluent English; frequent international travel.
