About the role

  • Driving Lean continuous improvement through successful & sustainable Kaizen, Hoshin Kanri improvement priorities and workshops.
  • Cultivating a Lean culture: embedding core lean principles (eg. 5S, Standard Work, Daily Management) into daily operations, fostering a mindset of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
  • Ensuring through training & coaching the effective application of lean tools, which involves understanding when and how to use each tool to drive continuous improvement and eliminate waste.
  • Deploying action plan to increase Lean maturity level (MOR, Kaizen, Lean Roadmap, Daily management) of each regions & Product delivery Group.
  • Creating & animating a Lean Champion community.
  • Coach and develop regional and Product Delivery Group Lean Leaders, empowering them to achieve their targets and uphold Lean standards, with a particular emphasis on Business Process Kaizen.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or another technical discipline, or an MBA; equivalent knowledge or experience will also be considered.
  • Extensive experience in Business Operations within a project-based environment, with a demonstrated track record of delivering results through continuous improvement in an international industrial setting.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in large, matrixed organizations and to lead and collaborate across cultures.
  • Impactful, influential communicator with strong cross-cultural leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated mentoring and coaching capability, with the ability to motivate and inspire others while leading with humility, transparency, and focus.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to “go to Genba” to gather firsthand insights and translate them into actionable process improvements.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50%.
