About the role

  • Lead the Total Rewards agenda across the Wind Segment, shaping and executing a cohesive compensation strategy aligned with the company’s transformation, growth, and digitalization goals.
  • Serve as a key member and trusted advisor to Wind HR Senior Leadership team.
  • Serve as a key member of the Total Rewards Senior Leadership Team, partnering with the Corporate Total Rewards COE to shape enterprise‑level program design.
  • Lead annual and off‑cycle compensation planning across all levels, ensuring fairness, transparency, and alignment to business outcomes.
  • Drive harmonization and standardization of compensation and benefits programs across the Wind Segment.
  • Lead external benchmarking, market intelligence, and workforce analytics to guide proactive talent and compensation decisions.
  • Monitor global and regional regulatory trends, adapting programs to maintain compliance and competitiveness.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Total Rewards team.

Requirements

  • Extensive progressive experience in global Total Rewards leadership roles across complex, matrixed, and multinational organizations.
  • Proven expertise in executive compensation, global mobility, M&A integration, and compensation governance.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business priorities into impactful reward strategies.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and change leadership skills.
  • Experience leading distributed teams and partnering across regions and functions.
