Perform daily administration and support of Salesforce, including user setup, profiles, roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validations.
Maintain data quality, integrity, and security by implementing data governance policies; perform regular data audits and prepare data for reporting and analysis.
Provide support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve Salesforce-related problems; develop training materials and conduct training sessions.
Customize Salesforce to meet business requirements, including workflow rules, process builder, validation rules, and custom objects with intensive testing.
Manage integrations between Salesforce and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into business performance.
Lead or assist in projects to enhance the Salesforce platform, including requirements gathering, design, testing, and deployment.
Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices; advocate for and implement process improvements and new features.
Work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
10+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a proven track record of managing Salesforce implementations.
Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) is required; additional certifications are a plus.
Significant CRM specific experience with an emphasis on sales enablement for a large, multi-location Salesforce.
Tech. aptitude to work with DT/IT to integrate exist. systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
