• Lead the supply chain management team in the project
• Act as a project manager for the Sourcing scope in the project
• Responsible for all supply chain management activities within the project for all equipment and spare parts
• Ensure smooth hand-over of supply chain management related scope between tender team and project execution team
• Review and update the purchasing strategy in cooperation with PTM
• Verify budget with Project Finance Manager and resolve budget allocation discrepancies
• Ensure all suppliers meet contractual requirements related to documentation
• Responsible for ERP rollout and necessary vendor extensions
• Control timely issuance of purchase orders within budget
• Supports Commodity Manager in contract claim management
• Perform weekly meetings to review procurement progress and generate progress review minutes of meeting
