About the role

  • Provides expertise in sustained customer success and growth in the post-sales customer lifecycle through monitoring, training, professional services, technical support, renewals, outcome attainment, retention, expansion, and customer advocacy with a Digital focus
  • Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or is focused on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline
  • Leverage industry experience, equipment knowledge, software know how, and customer satisfaction skills to deliver world class predictive analytics and monitoring solutions to assigned customer accounts
  • Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking and technical experience to execute policy/strategy
  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience
  • May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements.

Requirements

  • Engineering bachelor's degree (master's preferred) from an accredited university or college
  • 7 -15 years of industry relevant work experience
  • Advanced experience in the Rotating Equipment Maintenance & operation, monitoring and Digital Customer Reliability
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
  • Established project management skills
  • Specific Experience in the Following Areas are desired: Power Generation, GTs, Steam Turbines, Heavy Frames, Turbomachinery and other rotating equipment.
