About the role
- Establish, maintain, and verify the implementation of the project quality system and plans
- Manage a team of 4 Project Quality Managers
- Ensure the implementation of quality requirements of the integrated quality management system into the projects
- Assume responsibility for project quality plan preparation, quality assurance and control
- Conduct project process audits
- Manage customer witness points execution
- Facilitate root cause analysis to resolve quality issues
- Participate in project reviews to ensure quality aspects are covered
- Ensure supplier quality documentation meets contract and GE requirements
- Monitor the Customer Satisfaction Process
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar field
- Project quality/EPC contract experience in developing and implementing inspection and test plans for turnkey projects
- Fluent German is a must; fluent English required; Polish is a plus
- Degree from a recognized university; experience in a field related to project activities (quality, engineering, manufacturing, procurement or project management) is advantageous
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to analyze and solve problems
- Demonstrated ability to influence others
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong compliance focus and personal integrity
- Willingness to travel within Central Europe (estimated 15%)
