About the role
- Lead end‑to‑end contract lifecycle management with our customers
- Execute on contracting frameworks that account for the business’ unique operational model
- Ensure contracts accurately reflect service requirements, delivery windows, nuclear pharmacy partnerships, and dose‑based product configurations
- Oversee timely contract creation, workflow management, approvals, amendments, and renewals
- Maintain governance for contract templates, guardrails, and negotiation guidance
- Lead continuous improvement in contract operations, pricing workflows, and automation tools
- Partner with IT to enhance contract systems, CPQ platforms, CRM tools, and pricing databases
- Establish SOPs and ensure alignment with quality systems and regulatory requirements
- Own pricing strategy execution, price-setting processes, and price governance across all radiopharma products
- Manage price lists, discount structures, dose‑based pricing, and nuclear pharmacy service components
- Monitor pricing compliance and support audit readiness for FDA, NRC, CMS, and other regulatory bodies
- Responsible for government pricing strategy and compliance for radiopharmaceutical products
- Lead modeling of pricing scenarios and contracting options to support commercial strategy and product launches
- Monitor and report KPIs including price leakage, demand forecasting accuracy, contract utilization, and chargeback trends
- Lead and manage a high‑performing team responsible for contract and pricing operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in pricing, contracting, commercial operations
- Experience in a regulated healthcare environment (pharma, radiopharma, medical devices, or nuclear medicine).
- Strong understanding of contracting best practices, pricing methodologies, and revenue management principles.
- Demonstrated leadership with both direct reports and cross‑functional teams.
- Preferred: Experience in radiopharmaceuticals, nuclear medicine, or other highly specialized, short shelf‑life product lines.
- Preferred: MBA or advanced degree.
- Preferred: Expertise with CRM, ERP, or CPQ systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP).
- Preferred: Strong analytical skills with ability to translate insights into commercial recommendations.
