About the role

  • Perform timely and accurate preventative maintenance, installations, and troubleshooting on medical equipment
  • Maintain relationships with customers and ensure timely communication, resolution and proper follow-up
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and hospital protocols to ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met

Requirements

  • Associates degree, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military education
  • Minimum 3 years of experience servicing electrical equipment
  • OR High School Diploma/GED and a minimum 6 years of experience servicing electrical equipment
  • Minimum 2 years of experience servicing Imaging equipment
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to be available after-hours and/or work a rotating on-call schedule
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
