About the role
- Act as the primary contact between GE Healthcare and the customer on all activities related to installation
- Drive customer satisfaction and process productivity during the installation
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Identify, escalate, and resolve issues, which might impact customer satisfaction and GE operational targets
- Work cross functionally with sales and services teams while owning the project management and implementation process for GE Healthcare Diagnostic Imaging
- Requires regular travel within the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky area, typically 3 days per week, with occasional variability based on business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of project management or relevant experience; OR an associate degree and 5+ years of project management or relevant experience; OR high school diploma and 8+ years of project management or related experience.
- Minimum two years’ experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple priorities to meet scheduled completion dates and customer expectations while based in your home office
- Ability to work with and influence team members to achieve mutual goals
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing and able to travel regularly including overnight when required.
