Partner with senior leaders and teams in both enterprise IT and our commercial segments to ensure alignment and development of scalable services.
Lead the design and implementation of cloud infrastructure and platform services while embracing emerging technologies and new ways of working.
Align cloud infrastructure and platform services to comply with industry compliance frameworks along with data sovereignty, privacy and regulatory requirements.
Maintain a strong cloud compliance posture by implementing best practice industry standards for access management, data protection, network and cloud security.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve operational maturity and service quality.
Drive accountability of our cloud cost optimization across teams and vendors to improve efficiency of our workload management.
Own and manage cloud infrastructure and platform engineering budget, including forecasting, tracking and reporting.
Proactively engage and partner with vendors and service providers to ensure strategic alignment and value delivery for business objectives.
Lead, mentor and grow high-performing cloud infrastructure and platform engineering teams while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability and continuous improvement.
Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services.
Utilizes understanding of industry trends to inform decision making process.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure and platform engineering, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
Proven experience in major cloud platforms(AWS, Azure, Google, OCI) and hybrid cloud architectures.
Demonstrated ability to align cloud platform strategy with business outcomes, including cost optimization, and risk reduction.
Proven leadership experience building and scaling enterprise cloud platforms that support multiple business units, products, and operating models.
Strong financial acumen, with experience managing cloud P&L drivers such as consumption economics, chargeback/showback, vendor negotiations, and ROI justification.
Track record of influencing senior executives and business stakeholders, translating technical capabilities into clear value propositions.
Demonstrated success in managing cloud costs and implementing FinOps practices.
Experience driving organizational change, including operating model design, product-centric delivery, platform governance, and adoptions of cloud-native practices.
