About the role
- Observe and perform various equipment service processes to drive customer satisfaction
- Evaluate and troubleshoot imaging equipment issues and implement appropriate repairs
- Complete necessary service and repair documentation following hospital protocol
- Maintain daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up
- Enhance technical knowledge of current standards regarding safe use of medical equipment
- Mentor and assist experienced technicians
Requirements
- AS, BS, MS degree, military education, certificate program, current student with less than 12 months from completion OR High School Diploma/GED with 6 months experience servicing electronic, IT or mechanical equipment
- Previous experience and/or coursework interpreting schematic diagrams and performing troubleshooting and planned maintenance on diagnostic imaging or electronic equipment
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
