About the role

  • Define, Develop and manage the PET implementation strategy aligned with business growth objectives, priorities and market expansion goals.
  • Establish a standardized, scalable implementation framework and process that reduces time from interest to go live and first PET scan for hospital and outpatient settings.
  • Anticipate and proactively address clinical, operational, regulatory, reimbursement, and organizational barriers to PET adoption and new customer start up.
  • Own accountability for implementation outcomes, including speed to activation, quality of execution, customer experience, and sustained adoption.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine implementation processes, tools, and playbooks to improve performance and scalability.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Clinical Applications throughout the customer lifecycle, from early engagement and feasibility assessment through program launch, program optimization and growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Supply Chain, Clinical Applications, Sales, Imaging, Market Access, Medical and Regulatory teams to ensure seamless execution and customer readiness.
  • Serve as a senior advisor to the leadership team on PET strategy, implementation readiness, and market execution risks.
  • Engage directly with hospital executives, outpatient leadership, physicians, and clinical teams to drive alignment, adoption, and long-term success.
  • Represent the organization with government entities, regulatory bodies, and professional societies related to PET imaging as needed.
  • Own budget responsibility for implementation programs and team operations, with direct influence on P&L outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree and/or ARRT or CNMT certification preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in healthcare, medical imaging, clinical operations, or related fields.
  • Deep understanding of PET imaging, nuclear medicine workflows, and health system and cardiology practice operations.
  • Proven experience leading clinically trained teams.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience operating in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
  • Experience working directly with hospital systems, outpatient imaging providers, or integrated delivery networks preferred.
