Leverage deep technology, process, and domain expertise to lead execution across multiple interdependent projects
Partner with business stakeholders, functional leaders, and technology leadership to define program objectives
Develop and maintain a multi-phase / multi-release program roadmap aligned to measurable outcomes
Build and organize cross-functional project teams
Lead day-to-day execution of multiple interdependent projects
Coordinate workstreams to ensure alignment on approach, milestones, dependencies, and success criteria
Provide clear, timely stakeholder communications and progress reporting
Ensure quality of deliverables is validated and meets stakeholder expectations
Perform initial and final financial reviews and ensure ongoing budget planning and tracking

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent practical experience)
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in technical program/project management, engineering delivery, or related roles (U.S. roles)
Proven experience applying project/program management methodologies to deliver measurable business value and drive enterprise change
Strong knowledge of project, program, and portfolio management methodologies
Experience managing program budgets, including forecasting, tracking, and spend governance
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; synthesizes data to make decisions, anticipates obstacles, and builds actionable mitigation plans
Project management certification(s) preferred: PMP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or equivalent
