About the role
- Lead the identification and execution of Variable Cost Productivity initiatives
- Manage a team of experienced leaders
- Develop and execute a comprehensive VCP plan
- Partner with Service Delivery Regions and Global Segment teams
- Promote VCP awareness across the USCAN organization
- Lead, coach, and manage a high-performing team
- Drive accountability for achieving USCAN VCP targets
- Contribute as a member of the USCAN Service Leadership Team
- Champion LEAN principles for continuous improvement
- Build world-class teams through talent development and coaching
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, technology, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience
- Strong operational, commercial, financial, and product leadership experience
- Proven experience in leading cross functional teams to outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to lead both short-term delivery and translate long-term strategy into actionable objectives
- Skilled at operating in dynamic, multi-tasking environments with a customer-first mindset
- Track record of challenging the status quo and driving process improvement through problem-solving and LEAN methodologies
- Commitment to belonging principles
- Fluency in English
