About the role
- Negotiate with dedicated providers according to specific policies
- Develop and execute regional category strategies aligned with global sourcing objectives
- Engage & support cross-functional collaboration with logistics, warehousing, and packaging teams
- Manage supplier relationships, lead the RFx process, analyze supplier quotes, and conduct detailed assessments of cost breakdowns, including price, quality, and delivery
- Drive cost savings, risk mitigation, and sustainability initiatives
- Monitor and report on category performance metrics and implement improvements
Requirements
- Advanced experience in Sourcing & Sourcing Management
- Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience)
