About the role

  • Lead planning and execution of complex/cross-functional Operations and Supply Chain programs.
  • Establish strong relationships with cross-functional partners for supply chain excellence.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies for successful adoption of supply chain and digital initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of transformation initiatives, making necessary adjustments.
  • Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency and effectiveness, creating pipeline of opportunities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure they are informed of project plans, progress, and outcomes.
  • Develop training programs, educational guides, and materials for user adoption of new systems and processes.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in supply chain, business management, engineering or equivalent
  • Significant practical experiences with Supply Chain transformation in Integral Business Planning, S&OP/ SIOP, S&OE areas
  • Strong experiences in project management in large matrix organizations
  • Practitioner of LEAN tools for business transformation
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and lead others
  • Proven ability to influence effectively across global, matrix organization
  • Clear communicator with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Experience in managing organizational change/transformations
  • Willing to travel internationally up to 20% of time.
