About the role
- Lead the integration of GE Healthcare products into various hospitals IT systems
- Design, configure, implement, and test a variety of HL7 interfaces
- Required to work on multiple projects, lasting a few weeks to an unlimited duration
- Ability to support customers in all time zones as well as occasional after hour go-lives
- Self-starter who is motivated to work efficiently and effectively from home office
- Willingness to work with external customers throughout the project life cycle
- Develop or improve tools, processes, or products, including service offerings
- Provide innovation for the improvement of current products and processes
- Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
Requirements
- BS degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Information Technology, or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years HL7 experience
- Cloverleaf Level 1 Certification
- Experience with vendor integration to Cerner / Epic / Meditech
- Experience with ADT interfaces
- Proficient in Windows and Linux operating systems
