Drive Digital Transformation: plan and execute our digital product offerings, drive consistency for our cloud-based offerings and build enterprise-wide roadmap in close partnership with other teams across GEHC.
Own the digital and software platforms roadmap, ensuring consistency, scalability, and security across all offerings.
Drive recurring revenue models and digital subscription strategies.
Scale our current Digital applications portfolio and workflow solutions.
Inspire, develop, and manage a diverse global team of ~300 digital engineers.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Ensure organizational design supports agility, speed, and efficiency in digital delivery.
Enable success for horizontal teams, building the foundation for success with our franchise offerings.
Lead AVS’s AI strategy, including model development, deployment, and governance.
Partner with clinical and technology teams to deliver AI solutions that drive clinical and operational impact.
Ensure visibility, governance & cybersecurity of digital and AI projects across all clinical segments.
Build and maintain strategic alliances with external partners, thought leaders, and research institutions.
Represent AVS in digital forums, industry events, and with key customers.
Collaborate with the CTO and other leaders to avoid duplication and silos, especially in AI and platforming.
Manage the digital engineering budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and talent.
Oversee capital investments in digital infrastructure and platforms.

Requirements

Proven track record in senior digital leadership roles within large, technology-driven organizations in a global, regulated industry, ideally with strong healthcare domain.
Experience leading global software engineering teams and delivering cloud-based, AI-powered solutions.
Strong business acumen and ability to align digital strategies with organizational goals and customer needs.
Demonstrated success in driving digital transformation, recurring revenue models, and subscription-based offerings.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Deep understanding of data privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance in healthcare or other regulated industries.
