Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, operations management, or relevant field (OR equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience in a leadership role with an emphasis on healthcare related functional area or advisory services
  • A strong understanding of market trends, commercial strategy development, and competitive analysis
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and apply critical thinking to achieve results
  • Proven leadership capabilities with experience in managing and mentoring professional teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts and influence stakeholders
  • Ability to travel 20%.
