About the role
- Own the integration workstream for all aspects of professional services, support, customer success, and operating model transformation.
- Translate deal value drivers into a clear integration strategy, milestones, outcomes, and KPIs.
- Lead integration planning and day-to-day execution of program tasks across all sub workstreams.
- Identify and anticipate risks, develop and implement mitigation plans.
- Structure an effective change management program with external support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in operations, business, or equivalent; MBA preferred.
- 8-12+ years of relevant experience with a proven track record leading enterprise software services & support operations.
- Strong understanding of SaaS, enterprise software delivery models.
- Experience with quote to invoice software sales and services processes.
- Influential leadership style with proven ability to build trust.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
