About the role
- Manage overall service sales revenue (contract and non-contract revenue) to ensure Service organization meets its financial commitments to the business.
- Define and execute the sales strategy for FBFA Service organization.
- Manage an experienced Sales and Commercial Operations team, to include outside and insides sales teams.
- Accountable to achieve the quarterly and yearly service sales & margin targets as well as timely and accurate forecasting and yearly business planning cycles.
- Own and drive BPR and LTS for the commercial arm of services.
- Drive and implement initiatives to optimize customer experience (service, LCM management, applications) & maximize IB retention.
- Drive marketing strategy for service & marketing content (web communication, congress, customer event) to support sales objectives.
- Partner with the Imaging, PCS and Ultrasound equipment leads on developing attractive, value-added service offerings at point of sales (POS) along with an upgrade strategy on Installed Base (IB).
- Work in close collaboration with Zone Equipment & Services GMs to support market share growth across FBFA.
- Identify business opportunities to increase capture rate and maximize healthcare systems service sales revenues.
- Strengthen cross-functional alignment by enhancing communication and cultivating trust within the Zone and Product teams.
- Work hand in hand with the rest of the services organization to create value added contract offerings, drive profitability and leverage Field Engineers (FEs) to increase GEHC’s capture rate.
- Drive and implement the critical business initiatives to create growth and new markets.
- Effectively utilize key industry information and market knowledge to gain competitive advantage in the market.
- Build long-term relationships with customers; provide leadership/direction in crucial customer interfaces to promote Service offerings in FBFA.
- Drive strategy and participate in negotiating national account services agreements.
- Lead and model teamwork in local account community teams between product and service teams.
- Integrate Software and Analytics portfolio, including IDS (Imaging Digital Solutions) into the fabric of core service sales offerings & solution designs – optimize asset utilization & drive outcomes for customers.
- Recruit top talent leaders and successfully develop them for roles of increasing responsibility.
Requirements
- 10+ years of successful sales leadership experience
- Minimum of 7 years in healthcare industry
- Structured and strategic thinking
- Ability to influence and collaborate with senior level management team
- Strongly compliance driven
- Strong analytical skills
- Willingness and ability to travel
- Strong organizational knowledge / leadership of large & multicultural teams
- Experience across various healthcare markets
- Understanding of GE Healthcare’s Service business, previous service or service sales experience.
