- Customer-facing staff responsible for winning business

- Responsible for medium-sized sales territories
- Use in-depth knowledge of one’s own and others’ sales territories, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customer base, and apply analytical thinking and commercial experience to implement policies/strategies
- Possess best-practice knowledge and an understanding of how one’s area integrates with others
- Apply judgment and have the ability to propose alternative solutions beyond set parameters to resolve more complex day-to-day issues across projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customers
- Ability to prioritize information for decision-making
- Leverage technical experience and analytical thinking
Requirements
- This role requires substantial experience in the field
- Educational level equivalent to a bachelor’s degree from a recognized higher education institution (or high school diploma with equivalent relevant work experience)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to influence others and lead small teams
- Lead initiatives with medium scope and impact
- Able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Effective problem identification and resolution skills
- Reliable analytical and organizational abilities
