About the role
- Supply critical support to the clinical applications organization
- Act as a subject matter expert in area(s) of ownership
- Maintain and respond urgently to incoming requests for applications operations
- Drive improvements in customer experience through effective operations
- Provide administrative support to the Clinical Applications team
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or local equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of Operations/Customer Service experience
- Strong knowledge of current computer/office communications technologies
- Expertise in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to energize, develop, and build rapport
