About the role
- The Commercial Services Growth Leader is responsible for driving revenue growth through non-contract sales
- Lead strategic growth initiatives across non-contract services and digital channels
- Drive market expansion, customer engagement, and revenue acceleration through innovative solutions
- Lead the On-Demand Service Sales team and the eCommerce Sales & Marketing Specialist, focusing on generating revenue beyond existing customer contracts
- Identify emerging market opportunities and champion the adoption of digital solutions
- Develop market-relevant service programs tailored to customer needs
- Work collaboratively with Sales and Service teams
- Proactively identify opportunities to transition to long-term service agreements
- Manage key customer relationships and expand engagement within existing accounts
- Execute targeted customer campaigns for Technical Training
- Oversee development and implementation of targeted digital marketing campaigns
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, product management or related field of study
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing, commercial or product management roles
- Strong business acumen and domain expertise in GEHC products will be highly regarded
- Demonstrated success in leading and motivating a small sales team
- Experience in setting and achieving team sales targets and KPIs
- Track record of coaching individuals to improve performance and achieve career growth
- Ability to manage diverse personalities and create a high-performing team culture
- Experience translating business objectives into team-level strategies and actionable plans
- Skilled in pipeline management, forecasting, and resource allocation
- Ability to lead teams through change, whether in processes, tools, or market conditions
- Strong problem-solving skills and resilience in dynamic environments
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience collaborating across departments to deliver customer-centric solutions
