About the role
- Act as the primary contact between GE HealthCare and the customer on all things related to installation.
- Drive customer satisfaction and process productivity during the installation process.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Identify, escalate, and resolve issues, which might affect customer satisfaction and GEHC operational targets.
- Work cross functionally with sales and services teams while owning the project management and implementation process for GE HealthCare Diagnostic Imaging.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two years experience in Project Management; or an Associate degree and minimum of five years experience in Project Management.
- Minimum two years’ experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple priorities to meet scheduled completion dates and customer expectations while working remotely.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing and able to travel regularly including overnight when required.
- Formal coursework in project management and experience in construction or working with the building trades.
- Experience with large-scale project management requirements.
- Demonstrated customer service experience working in a clinical environment and familiarity with GE HealthCare products.
- Proficient with design tools such as AutoCAD and Magic Plan.
- Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and Six Sigma certification.
