About the role
- Build, own, and execute the global product vision and roadmap
- Own and grow P&L through new product introductions
- Lead portfolio strategy, pipeline prioritization, and investment decisions
- Ensure product strategies are grounded in clinical evidence and customer insights
- Establish and track KPIs to ensure disciplined operating cadence and predictable performance
- Partner closely with R&D to guide end-to-end product development
- Make trade-off decisions across regions, functions, and investments
- Develop future product and business leaders through coaching and succession planning
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in medical devices, diagnostics, or regulated healthcare industries
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Strong product management fundamentals
- Deep understanding of P&L levers
- Ability to influence and partner closely with senior level management team
- Experience leading global product development organizations with direct accountability for roadmap delivery and portfolio health
- Curious and eager to leverage new technologies to solve customer problems
- Exceptional communication skills
