About the role
- Drive daily field sales operations efficiency and accuracy by providing administrative and tactical support to the field sales teams
- Assist with order package submission, quote edits, change orders and concession workflow creation/closure
- Perform analytical work, report processing and management of department communication needs
- Partner with field sales team to resolve issues
- Coordinate workflow closures across all functional teams
- Drive commercial compliance by supporting legal escalation workflow activities
Requirements
- College degree OR High School diploma / GED and 2+ years’ experience in customer service or field support role
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure against tight deadlines, with accuracy
- Willingness to work extended hours at quarter close
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
