About the role

  • Drive daily field sales operations efficiency and accuracy by providing administrative and tactical support to the field sales teams
  • Assist with order package submission, quote edits, change orders and concession workflow creation/closure
  • Perform analytical work, report processing and management of department communication needs
  • Partner with field sales team to resolve issues
  • Coordinate workflow closures across all functional teams
  • Drive commercial compliance by supporting legal escalation workflow activities

Requirements

  • College degree OR High School diploma / GED and 2+ years’ experience in customer service or field support role
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure against tight deadlines, with accuracy
  • Willingness to work extended hours at quarter close
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
