About the role
- Meeting daily service repair needs of customer’s equipment
- Driving customer satisfaction through Service Excellence
- Developing and maintaining strong interpersonal relationships with customer representatives
- Advanced troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and service repair needs on designated equipment
- Daily interface with doctors and technicians on equipment status issues
- Maintaining daily communications with customers
- Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities
- Identifying Sales opportunities and communicate to account team
- Teaching and assisting other Field Engineers on advanced troubleshooting and technical fixes
- Maintaining effective quality systems and programs compliant with ISO 9001 standard
Requirements
- Qualified to National Diploma or B-Tech Degree level or equivalent
- 5+ years Field Services experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of a specific Diagnostic Imaging modality or multi-modalities
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to work independently with minimum direction
- High work standards and quality
- Initiative and motivation
- Excellent communications, listening and interpersonal skills
- Strong Customer skills; deals tactfully and effectively with differences of opinion
