About the role
- Develop and execute HEOR strategies to support pricing and market access
- Monitor evolving payer requirements and health policy developments
- Design and implement HEOR studies to inform strategic decision-making
- Lead evidence generation plans including literature reviews and economic modeling
- Support the development of market access tools tailored to the diagnostics landscape
- Communicate HEOR plans and study results effectively to stakeholders
- Coordinate multiple projects across therapeutic areas
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Health Economics, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or within a research organization/consultancy
- Proven track record in developing and implementing evidence generation strategies
- Strong understanding of payer evidence requirements and financial decision-making processes
- Working knowledge of diverse healthcare systems internationally, including HTA and reimbursement frameworks
- Experience influencing and collaborating with multi-national, virtual teams
- Excellent project management skills
