About the role

  • Lead primary and secondary, qualitative and quantitative research
  • Partner with Product Marketing and the Content & Engagement Strategy team
  • Establish and manage ongoing competitive and market intelligence processes
  • Provide ongoing intelligence that informs campaign differentiation
  • Manage research budgets and ensure efficient use of spending
  • Build scalable processes, tools, and dashboards for research and market intelligence

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related fields
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in market research, customer insights, marketing strategy, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience designing, executing, and synthesizing primary and secondary research
  • Minimum of 2 years experience with pricing-related research and insight generation
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using data and analytics tools
