About the role
- Lead primary and secondary, qualitative and quantitative research
- Partner with Product Marketing and the Content & Engagement Strategy team
- Establish and manage ongoing competitive and market intelligence processes
- Provide ongoing intelligence that informs campaign differentiation
- Manage research budgets and ensure efficient use of spending
- Build scalable processes, tools, and dashboards for research and market intelligence
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related fields
- Minimum 6 years of experience in market research, customer insights, marketing strategy, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience designing, executing, and synthesizing primary and secondary research
- Minimum of 2 years experience with pricing-related research and insight generation
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using data and analytics tools
