This role will report to the USCAN (US & Canada) GM of Commercial Operations and will be responsible for leading our USCAN Segment Operations Team and supporting our USCAN AVS (Advanced Visualization), Imaging and PCS (Patient Care Solutions) Segments for orders and revenue execution as well as other key KPI’s vital to the growth of our business.
You will partner with Segment leadership, Region sales, finance, marketing, Region Operations and other support teams to forecast orders and revenue then drive execution of these commitments while owning process improvement and problem-solving initiatives to enable profitable growth.
This position will have direct report responsibilities.
Strong change management, process improvement, communication, leadership, commercial, operational, process and execution skills are required in this leader.
Partner with Product, Service, Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, Project Management and Marketing business leaders to drive operating performance in USCAN and act as champion for strategic initiatives within the organization to create value and drive orders and revenue.
Lead a team of operational leaders who partner and drives orders and revenue execution processes and operating mechanisms for our equipment Segments.
The leader and their team will be a partner with sales, project management, logistics, supply chain, service and others to execute on our commitments.
Utilize lean management principles to drive change management and operational improvement.
You will be a partner with the extended operations teams (i.e. Order Operations, Project Management, Region and Commercial Excellence) as well as Service, Marketing and Global Supply Chain to create value for our customers.
Build and execute consistent strategies, operational processes, and ops mechs across all equipment Segments and Regions.
Develop metrics/KPI’s to measure progress to make tools more effective and to make the employees more efficient and ensuring data and analytics drive smart decision making.
Drive process simplification and best practices to enable a collaborative culture and drive the organization to improve customer/client satisfaction levels and responsiveness
Responsible for running key operating mechanisms with diverse Segment, Region and Functional leaders.
Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree and 8+ years’ experience in sales, sales management and or operations OR Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of experience and a graduate of a GEHC Leadership Development Program
Work experience in change management and developing forecasts & operating plans and leading business reviews
Leadership experience, either direct or indirect
