About the role
- Act as the primary contact between GE Healthcare and the customer on all activities related to installation.
- Drive customer satisfaction and process productivity during the installation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Identify, escalate, and resolve issues, which might impact customer satisfaction and GE operational targets.
- Work cross functionally with sales and services teams while owning the project management and implementation process for GE Healthcare Diagnostic Imaging.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and two or more years of project management experience; or an associate degree and minimum five years of Project Management experience.
- Minimum two years’ experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing and able to travel regularly including overnight when required.
- Must live in the Dallas, TX area.
