About the role

  • Responsible for project operations and programs support including standardization, quality management, document management, methods creation and maintenance
  • Responsible for Capacity and Readiness operations planning/execution or focused on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline
  • Supervisory roles providing direct or indirect leadership for overall projects operation
  • Direct people management responsibility including staffing and performance development
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking to execute policy/strategy
  • Propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address complicated manufacturing processes
  • Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience
  • Lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years relevant experience
  • Minimum of 3 years materials, operations, supply chain, project management, data analytics, or similar experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
  • Established project management skills in readiness/risk management
  • Experience identifying, prioritizing, and tracking risks and mitigation actions
  • Data analysis & interpretation skills
  • Ability to analyze supply vs. demand, capacity, lead times, and inventory data
  • Experience with Dashboard/BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI or similar
  • Strong skills in Excel (lookups, pivot tables, basic formulas)
  • Basic data engineering literacy
  • Understanding of data pipelines, source systems, and data quality concepts
