Responsible for project operations and programs support including standardization, quality management, document management, methods creation and maintenance
Responsible for Capacity and Readiness operations planning/execution or focused on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline
Supervisory roles providing direct or indirect leadership for overall projects operation
Direct people management responsibility including staffing and performance development
Utilize in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking to execute policy/strategy
Propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address complicated manufacturing processes
Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience
Lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years relevant experience
Minimum of 3 years materials, operations, supply chain, project management, data analytics, or similar experience
Strong oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
Established project management skills in readiness/risk management
Experience identifying, prioritizing, and tracking risks and mitigation actions
Data analysis & interpretation skills
Ability to analyze supply vs. demand, capacity, lead times, and inventory data
Experience with Dashboard/BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI or similar
Strong skills in Excel (lookups, pivot tables, basic formulas)
Basic data engineering literacy
Understanding of data pipelines, source systems, and data quality concepts
