  • Support the end-to-end Cat3 process, standard work, and case management system
  • Ensure policy alignment and local legal compliance
  • Conduct and/or oversee thorough, fair, and unbiased investigations
  • Maintain the registry of qualified investigators; design, deliver, and refresh investigator training
  • Perform analytics to provide timely, accurate trend insights to HR and business leaders

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field from an accredited institution
  • At least 6 years of HR experience with a minimum 3 years experience in employee relations, investigations, and compliance
