About the role
- Support the end-to-end Cat3 process, standard work, and case management system
- Ensure policy alignment and local legal compliance
- Conduct and/or oversee thorough, fair, and unbiased investigations
- Maintain the registry of qualified investigators; design, deliver, and refresh investigator training
- Perform analytics to provide timely, accurate trend insights to HR and business leaders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field from an accredited institution
- At least 6 years of HR experience with a minimum 3 years experience in employee relations, investigations, and compliance
