About the role
- Drive standardization and improvements to achieve 100% yield in Thermal Spray
- Define standard measure of thermal spray yield, deploy measurement, and track progress
- Implement standard work and tools to capture process parameters and lab results
- Identify non-standard shops and enable process improvements
- Integrate robotics and automation techniques to remove human variation
- Interpret challenges and recommend best practices for products and services
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- At least 10 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing
- Knowledge of overhaul and component repair processes
- Ability to manage large complex projects
- Fluent in English, written and verbal
- Ability to travel 25% to international destinations
