About the role
- Lead support equipment product support and CIP (Continuous Improvement Program) activities, providing both project management and engineering oversight.
- Manage scope, schedule, cost, and quality for assigned projects, ensuring customer satisfaction and alignment with business targets.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, leveraging your engineering background and analytical skills.
- Operate with some autonomy within established policies and standards, using sound judgment to adapt procedures as needed to achieve acceptable results in terms of quality, volume, and timeliness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college OR a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in services project management, engineering, or related job family functions
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an engineering capacity (e.g., design, analysis, product support, or related technical discipline)
- Must have the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance
