About the role

  • Work on at least 3 rotations in various engineering sub-sections over 2-3 years providing different work experiences
  • Receive technical training, deliver weekly homework (requiring average 10 hours study), mentorship, and coaching from world-class technologists and experienced technical managers
  • Improve your soft skills with various leadership development trainings
  • Have the opportunity to earn credit towards an MS degree in Engineering in Istanbul Technical University
  • Grow your technical expertise in your chosen field and expand your skills in new areas
  • Job assignments primarily focused on Turbomachinery Design, with opportunities including mechanical hardware design, materials and coating applications, aeromechanics, thermal system design, stress and life analysis, manufacturing, repair, additive, and more

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree from accredited universities in the Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering, Material Science Engineering, or related disciplines
  • GPA greater than or equal to 3.0/4.0 overall
  • Maximum 2 years professional experience
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Prior intern, co-op, or research experience in design engineering or manufacturing preferred
  • Strong dedication to a career in technology and a real passion and curiosity for engineering
  • Demonstrated an analytical approach to problem solving
  • Strong team and interpersonal skills, ability to work in project teams in an international environment
  • Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
  • Strong oral and written communication, persuasive and presentation skills, including executive-level communication
