About the role

  • Own the global sourcing strategy and execution across 8 sites
  • Architect a resilient, cost-competitive, and high-quality supply base
  • Drive operational excellence using lean practices
  • Lead a global team to deliver productivity, improved OTD/quality, risk reduction, and working capital performance
  • Partner with Product Line, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Programs, and Finance to enable growth, NPI, and on-time customer delivery

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years in strategic sourcing/procurement/supply chain in complex manufacturing; 5+ years leading teams across multiple sites or regions
  • Demonstrated success delivering cost productivity with improved quality and OTD in a regulated, high-reliability environment
  • Expertise in negotiating complex LTAs and strategic supplier agreements; strong TCO and should-cost capability
  • Experience implementing supplier development, SRM, and risk mitigation (e.g., dual-sourcing, capacity, geopolitical risk)
