About the role

  • Functional EHS, Facilities & Security leadership for TAVS
  • Provide oversight and indirect leadership for the EHS, Facilities, and Security functions
  • Coach and mentor site EHS and Facilities leaders
  • Partner across TAVS sites to characterize and predict risk
  • Establish and Drive Daily Management rigor and connectivity across all locations
  • Drive rigorous Management of Change (MOC) processes
  • Ensure adherence to Operational Safety, EHS, Facilities, and Security Standard Work
  • Provide multi-site oversight of facilities operations
  • Partner with sourcing, real estate, IT, and other enabling functions to plan and execute facilities projects
  • Lead EHS and Facilities/Security daily management routines
  • Partner with site leaders to drive adherence to GE Aerospace processes, policies, and standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of EHS and/or Facilities leadership experience in a manufacturing and/or production environment)
  • At least an additional 5 years of EHS and/or Facilities leadership experience in a manufacturing and/or production environment
