About the role
- Create strong working relationships across multiple business groups to define and execute strategy
- Direct a technical team with a clear and descriptive set of requirements
- Partner with teams to determine deliverables through balancing new features, defects, and technical debt
- Demonstrate superior product and industry knowledge
- Gather customer/stakeholder feedback to shape product strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features and complex products
- Develop understanding of business goals and processes
- Partner with leaders to promote a culture of sharing
- Lead product and life cycle management efforts
- Own release and sprint backlogs, continuously prioritize backlogs and ensure readiness
- Engage frequently with development team for clarifications and discussions
- Translate unstructured work requests into actionable user stories and units
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 4 years of professional experience OR Associates degree with minimum of 7 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 9 years of professional experience
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Technical Product Management or IT
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Knowledge Management systems or other Document Management systems
- Demonstrated experience implementing governed taxonomies within technical products
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online and M365 environment
- Familiarity with knowledge management in a regulated environment
- Experience working with Agile methodology
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
- This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information; Final offers contingent on access authorization.
