About the role
- Provide technical consultation and leadership during the design process
- Communicate with business leaders and key stakeholders regarding critical issues
- Lead and engage with Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) teams
- Mentor and guide the technical community
- Work closely with other engineering teams to ensure inter-operability
- Propose and develop new technical solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Software Engineering
- A minimum of 8 years of software engineering experience
- Proven leadership experience with global teams
- Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles
- Experience in programming C#, C++, Java and/or Python
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
