About the role
- Create and own the execution of an integrated digital strategy for Fleet Modeling across the Commercial and Services, Services Engineering divisions.
- Partner closely with functional and technical counterparts to develop a comprehensive and prioritized product category roadmap.
- Lead a team of TPMs, software engineers and architects to execute on the digital strategy across all products in the Fleet Modeling Profitability category.
- Serve as a model practitioner of FLIGHT DECK, coaching the Commercial & Service Agreement Operations team and the broader organization on culture, tools, behaviors, and operating models to foster a culture of excellence, curiosity, and accountability.
- Connect teams and processes across multiple organizations in support of its customers and internal operations.
- Recruit and develop technical talent in the GE Aerospace Digital Technology Organization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 10 years of professional experience OR Associates degree with minimum of 13 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 15 years of professional experience
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in Technical Product Management
- Note: Military experience is equivalent to professional experience
