About the role
- Own OE and MRO forecasting including integrating Clear to Launch and Clear to Build
- Operationalize the 18-month rolling volume process
- Design, implement, and sustain a standard, repeatable cadence
- Build analytics to generate operational insights and drive business decisions
- Establish data governance across forecasting processes
- Facilitate monthly and quarterly bottoms-up cycles
- Produce executive-ready readouts that translate data into actions
- Own volume target setting in partnership with Materials Planning
- Use FLIGHT DECK tools to deploy standard work and increase visibility
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- At least 6+ years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in financial tools and systems, like Hyperion and Excel
- Alteryx experience is a plus
- Experience in Aerospace, industrials or services with aftermarket exposure
- Proven ability to simplify complex data into clear narratives for senior leadership
