About the role
- Responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and screening candidates for a variety of technical positions
- Managing the candidate on assignment
- Managing a team of recruiters
- Driving effective sourcing strategies
- Optimizing the recruitment workflow to meet client needs
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters
- Qualify/Evaluate job orders and allocate delivery team resources accordingly
- Partner with Strategic Delivery Director to screen and strategize new requirements
- Conduct training and assist with mentoring throughout recruiter lifecycle
- Track and evaluate weekly delivery activity for their industry
- Ensure weekly activity of assigned delivery team members is productive
- Communicate with clients regarding specific job orders
- Handle consultant and/or client complaints regarding the engagement
- Actively conduct and/or participate in all team meetings
- Work with and assigned delivery team targets
- Recruit, interview, assess, reference check and place contract, contract-to-hire and direct hire consultants
- Build contract employee workforce through various sources
- Conduct interviews to ensure the candidate is a fit for the role
- Negotiate compensation and terms of employment for candidates
- Prepare candidates for client interviews
- Manage consultants on assignment
- Assist Account Executives with client development
- Provide leads to Account Executives
- Take personal responsibility for and meet all individual responsibilities defined by GDH
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruiting, including managing or leading a team of recruiters
- Computer proficiency and ability to effectively utilize ATS, Internet and navigation of websites/systems
- Ability to cold call potential candidates
